The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the bus stop for a short ride into the city center. it is situated near charming Parnell, where there are many good restaurants within walking distance. being close to the harbor allows for easy access to local museums.
The cleanliness of the accommodation left much to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The cleanliness was perfect, with a super clean room and a fresh-smelling atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing a homely feel with the added bonus of having a window that allowed fresh air to flow in. The location in the suburb of Parnell was perfect, as it offered easy access to local museums, which I visited and found to be wonderful. this city's charming Parnell area was within walking distance, with good restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with localized directions and extensive knowledge of nearby amenities. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

Small and cosy guest house that feels like home. the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is included. the dining area has a lovely view and the full English breakfast is delicious. the location is perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants.
The rooms are a bit shabby and outdated, and could use some updating. the shower facilities were not the best, and wifi wasn't free.
